What to expect

Mushrooms tend to open things gently, then all at once. Many people find them easier on the body than ayahuasca. Few find them easy on the heart, and that is the point.

The medicine

Psilocybin mushrooms have been used in ceremony in Mexico for centuries, especially in the mountains of Oaxaca. Ours are sourced in Mexico.

Before each ceremony you sit with Krista and decide your dose together. The room is lighter than an ayahuasca night: music, open space, room to move or lie still. Purging is less common.

The third ceremony is with Satori, a sacred brew prepared in Mexico, close to ayahuasca in how it works.
